KTM (Kraftfahrzeuge Trunkenpolz Mattighofen) is a well known popular Austrian brand which is purely known for its raw and High performance

The KTM Duke 390 transcends mere machinery; it extends an enchanting invitation to embrace the very essence of the track and the open road. It beckons you to embark on an extraordinary odyssey where every twist and turn transforms into a canvas of boundless possibilities, where you shatter boundaries and etch indelible memories with every rev of the throttle.

The KTM Duke 390 isn't just a tribute to its visual allure; it's a symphony of exhilarating performance that sets it apart. At the core of its lightweight chassis lies a spirited 399cc {cubic capacity}, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine, delivering an exquisite blend of raw power and pinpoint control.

The new KTM Duke has received several updates and enhancements compared to its previous version. One noticeable improvement is its reduced weight, which is now 2.7 kgs lighter, resulting in a dry weight of 168.3 kgs. It also features a new trellis frame and an aluminum swing arm. Additionally, the bike comes with a new TFT display and a revamped headlight setup. The offset monoshock contributes to its appealing appearance, and the overall design is sharper and more captivating, leaving a strong impression on riders.

The Duke 390 was introduced in 2012 and was available in both the international and Indian markets with BS3 compliance. It dominated the 300cc segment, even when competing with legendary bikes like the Yamaha R3 and Kawasaki Ninja 300. It won people's hearts with its competitive pricing and strong performance, making it a tough contender for other bikes in that category.

Despite meeting government norms, the Duke 390 maintains its presence in the segment. Recently, KTM launched the new generation Duke (BS6 phase-2), offering more value for money at 3.1 lakh INR ex-showroom in India and 4,949 Euros in Austria. This updated version provides added safety and impressive features that have pleasantly surprised the younger generation.

The concise specifications for the latest KTM Duke 390 model are as follows:

The all new KTM duke 390 comes with the brand new engine which is Single Cylinder, 4 Valve, Liquid Cooled, FI, DOHC engine which produces Max Power of 46 PS @ 8500 rpm and the Max Torque of 39 Nm @ 6500 rpm.

The 2023 KTM Duke 390 has the usual dual disc brakes with dual-channel ABS. It's got a 15-liter fuel tank and comes with 17-inch alloy wheels. The front tire is 110/70, and the rear is 150/60, both slightly reducing the weight.

The 2023 KTM Duke 390 features adjustable suspensions. In the front, you have USD forks with adjustable compression and rebound, and in the rear, there's an offset monoshock that's adjustable for preload.

It also comes with a smoother gearbox, an improved quickshifter, and autoblipper functionality, along with fresh body graphics.

In the engine department, the previous 373.3cc engine has undergone some changes. The stroke has been made a bit longer, resulting in an increased displacement of 399cc. This new engine, known as the 399cc LC4C (Liquid Cooled 4-Stroke Compact) Engine , makes the bike more suitable for city riding and daily commutes.

For more details and a firsthand experience, I recommend visiting the nearest showroom and taking a look at the bike and even going for a test ride.
